Product Introduction

Smelting Dust CollectorMain Technical Features:

1. The Body Structure Is Compact And The Layout Is Reasonable. Compared With Other Dust Collectors That Handle The Same Air Volume, It Occupies A Small Area And Has A Large Filtration Area.

2. Less Moving Parts, Good Sealing Performance, Compartment Cleaning, Continuous Operation. Backblowing And Dust Removal In Separate Rooms Yields Excellent Results.

3. The Filter Bag Has A Special Structure, Stable Performance, Good Moisture Resistance, And Is Easy To Maintain And Manage By Changing Bags In Different Rooms.

4. It Can Be Controlled Automatically Or Manually, With Easy And Excellent Operation.

Working Principle Of Smelting Dust Collector

The Smelting Dust Collector Adopts A Combination Of Inertial Dust Collection And Bag Dust Collection, Thus Having A Two-stage Dust Collection Effect. The Dust Containing Gas Enters The Pre Dust Collection Chamber With A Tilted Plate From The Inlet First. By Using The Sharp Change In The Direction Of The Dust Containing Airflow, Coarse Particles Of Dust Collide With The Guide Plate And First Fall Into The Ash Hopper, While The Rest Enter The Filter Chamber With Filter Bags Along With The Airflow. The Dust Adheres To The Outer Surface Of The Filter Bag, And The Clean Gas Passes Through The Filter Bag And Is Discharged By The Fan Through The Upper Clean Air Chamber And Exhaust Duct.

Characteristics Of Smelting Dust Collector:

1. The Advantage Of Cleaning Dust: Adopting An Offline Three State (filtering, Cleaning, Stationary) Cleaning Method Avoids The Phenomenon Of "re Adsorption" During Cleaning, Making The Cleaning Dust Clean.

2. The Advantage Of Pre Dust Collection Mechanism: Not Only Does It Greatly Improve The Dust Concentration Of The Dust Collector, But It Also Overcomes The Disadvantage Of Easy Wear And Tear Of The Filter Cartridge Caused By Direct Flushing Of Dust.

3. The Advantage Of Hub Components: For Hub Components That Affect The Main Functions (such As Pulse Valves), Inlet Components Are Used, And The Service Life Of Their Vulnerable Parts, Such As Membranes, Exceeds 1 Million Times.

4. The Advantage Of Using Separate Jet Cleaning Technology Is That One Pulse Valve Can Simultaneously Blow One Column (with A Maximum Of 12 Filter Cartridges Per Column), Which Greatly Reduces The Number Of Pulse Valves.

According To Current Environmental Emission Requirements, The Smelting Dust Collector Should Adopt A Bag Type Dust Removal Method. The Bag Dust Removal Method Has Been Widely Used In The Environmental Protection And Dust Removal Industry In Recent Years, Which Can Be Seen In Building Materials, Chemical And Petroleum Industries, Printing Carbon, And Smelting And Casting Industries. There Are Many Models Of Bag Filters, And For Small Electric Furnaces, A Single Pulse Bag Filter Can Be Chosen. This Equipment Has A Small Footprint, Simple Operation, Good Efficiency, And Is Easy To Master. The Pulse Single Machine Bag Filter Consists Of A Filter Chamber, Filter Bag, Clean Air Chamber, Ash Hopper, Flap Valve, Pulse Blowing Device, System Fan, Electric Control Box, Etc.

Its Working Principle: The Dusty Gas Enters The Filtering Chamber Through The Ash Hopper (or Lower Open Flange), And The Coarser Particles Directly Fall Into The Ash Hopper Or Ash Bin. The Finer Particles Of The Dusty Gas Rise To The Surface Of The Filter Bag And Are Filtered By The Filter Bag. The Dust Is Trapped On The Surface Of The Filter Bag, And The Purified Gas Enters The Clean Air Chamber Through The Bag Mouth And Is Discharged Into The Atmosphere By The System Fan. As The Filtration Process Continues, The Accumulation Of Dust On The Surface Of The Filter Bag Increases, Causing The Equipment Resistance To Rise To The Set Value (usually 1200Pa). The Time Relay (or Micro Differential Pressure Controller) Outputs A Signal, And The Programmable Controller Starts To Work. The Pulse Valve Is Opened In Sequence, Allowing High-pressure Compressed Air To Be Instantly And Rapidly Sprayed Into The Filter Bag Through The Nozzle Of The Nozzle. The High-speed Reverse Airflow Causes The Filter Bag To Suddenly Expand, And The Dust Attached To The Bag Surface Falls Off And Falls Into The Ash Hopper (or Ash Bin). Dust Is Discharged By The Flap Valve Or Ash Conveying Mechanism. During The Reverse Blowing Process, A Single Row Of Filter Bags Is Sequentially Sprayed While The Other Filter Bags Remain In The Filtering State.
