Product Introduction

Plastic Fired Board Dust CollectorWe Have Chosen A Reliable Wave Type Plastic Fired Plate Filter Element Instead Of Traditional Cloth Bags. Due To The Rigid Structure Of The Plastic Fired Plate, It Will Not Deform And There Is No Skeleton Wear, So Its Service Life Is Long. Under Some Working Conditions, Its Service Life Is More Than 10 Times That Of Cloth Bags. Due To The Scale Treatment Of The Surface Of The Plastic Fired Board, The Pore Size Is Small And Uniform, And It Has Hydrophobicity, Making It Difficult To Adhere To Dust With High Moisture Content. Therefore, A Plastic Fired Board Dust Collector Is A Good Choice When Dealing With High Moisture Content And Fibrous Dust. In Addition, Due To The Suitable Precision Of The Plastic Fired Board And The Maintenance Of Uniform Micron Scale Pore Size In The Manufacturing Process, It Can Also Handle Finer Dust And Higher Concentration Dust. The Inlet Concentration Of The Bag Filter Is Generally Less Than 20 G/m ³, While The Inlet Concentration Of The Plastic Fired Board Dust Collector Can Reach 500g/m ³.

Structure Of Plastic Burning Plate Dust Collector

The Structure And Working Principle Of The Plastic Fired Plate Dust Collector Are Roughly The Same As Those Of The Bag Dust Collector, Except That The Plastic Fired Plate Dust Collector Uses Molded Filters, Eliminating Components Such As Filter Bag Frames And Venturi Tubes.

The Plastic Fired Board Dust Collector Consists Of Five Main Parts: Upper Box, Middle Box, Lower Box, Ash Discharge System, And Spray Cleaning System. The Upper Box Has An Air Outlet; The Middle Box Is Composed Of Porous Plates, Filters, And Maintenance Doors; The Lower Box Is Composed Of An Ash Hopper And An Ash Discharge System; The Blowing System Consists Of A Controller, Control Valve, Pulse Valve, Blowing Pipe, And Air Bag. The Air Inlet Can Be Located In The Middle Box Or On The Lower Box Depending On The Site Conditions.

Plastic Fired Plate Filter Element

The Plastic Fired Plate Filter Element Has A Rigid Wave Like Porous Structure, Which Is Formed By Strictly Proportioning Various Polymer Compound Powders And Special Adhesives Through Casting And Sintering To Form A Wave Like Porous Matrix Sintered Plate Filter Element. The Sintered Plate Thickness Is About 4mm, And Uniform Pores Of About 30 μ M Are Formed Inside. Then, PTFE Coating Is Filled In The Gaps On The Surface Of The Matrix Through A Special Spraying Process To Form 2-3 μ M Micropores.

Working Principle

The Dusty Gas Enters The Dust Collector Through The Air Inlet And Enters The Upper Box Through The Filter And Porous Plate. Due To The Function Of The Filter, Dust And Gas Are Separated, And The Dust Is Adsorbed On The Outer Surface Of The Filter, While The Gas Enters The Upper Box Through The Filter And Is Discharged From The Air Outlet. The Purification Process Of Dusty Gas Passing Through The Filter Will Accumulate More And More Dust On The Filter Over Time, Increasing The Resistance Of The Filter And Reducing The Amount Of Gas Passing Through It. In Order To Control The Resistance Within A Certain Range And Protect The Passage Of The Required Gas, The Control Instrument Sends Instructions To Trigger Each Control Valve To Open The Pulse Valve In Sequence. The Compressed Air In The Air Bag Instantly Passes Through The Pulse Valve And Is Sprayed Into Each Hole Of The Spray Pipe, And Then Sprayed Into The Corresponding Filter Hole Cavity. Under The Reverse Action Of Strong Airflow, Dust Accumulates On The Filter And Falls Off, Causing The Filter To Be Thoroughly Cleaned. The Blown Dust Falls Into The Ash Hopper And Is Sent Out To The Dust Collector Through The Ash Discharge Valve. The Dust Accumulated On The Filter Is Periodically Pulsed To Remove It, Allowing The Purified Gas To Pass Through Normally And Protecting The Normal Operation Of The Dust Removal System.
