Maintenance Method Of Pulse Dust Collector

Date:2025-05-26 Visit:31

Pulse Dust CollectorThe Maintenance Methods Mainly Include The Following Aspects:

Routine Maintenance

Check The Air Source System: Ensure That The Pressure And Flow Rate Of The Compressed Air Are Stable, And The Pressure Should Be Maintained Within The Specified Range, Generally 0.4-0.6MPa. Check The Operating Status Of Equipment Such As Air Compressors, Air Storage Tanks, And Dryers, And Promptly Discharge Condensed Water From The Air Storage Tanks And Dryers To Prevent Moisture From Entering The Pulse Blowing System And Affecting The Blowing Effect.

Observing Operating Parameters: Pay Close Attention To The Operating Parameters Such As Inlet And Outlet Pressure Difference, Temperature, And Air Volume Of The Dust Collector. Under Normal Circumstances, The Inlet And Outlet Pressure Difference Should Be Maintained Within A Certain Range, Such As 1000-1500Pa. If The Pressure Difference Is Too High, It May Be Due To Filter Bag Blockage Or Dust Cleaning System Failure; If The Temperature Is Abnormal, It May Be Due To Equipment Leakage Or Process Problems.

Check The Pulse Blowing System: Before Starting The Dust Collector Each Time, Check Whether The Pulse Valve, Blowing Pipe, Solenoid Valve And Other Components Are Normal, And Whether There Are Any Air Leaks, Blockages Or Other Phenomena. During Operation, Listen To The Sound Of The Pulse Valve Blowing To See If It Is Normal. If Any Abnormal Sound Or Weak Blowing Is Found, Stop The Machine In Time For Inspection.

Regular Maintenance

Cleaning Or Replacing Filter Bags: Regularly Clean Or Replace Filter Bags Based On The Operation Of The Dust Collector And The Degree Of Blockage Of The Filter Bags. Generally, The Dust Collector Should Be Opened Every 3-6 Months To Check The Condition Of The Filter Bag. If There Is A Serious Accumulation Of Dust On The Surface Of The Filter Bag, Compressed Air Can Be Used For Back Blowing To Clean The Dust; If The Filter Bag Is Damaged Or Aged, It Should Be Replaced With A New One In A Timely Manner. When Replacing The Filter Bag, Attention Should Be Paid To Selecting The Appropriate Specifications And Materials, And Ensuring Correct Installation To Avoid Gaps Between The Filter Bag And The Keel, Which May Affect The Filtration Effect.

Check The Dust Cleaning System: Regularly Inspect The Various Components Of The Pulse Blowing System, Such As The Diaphragm, Spring, And Other Vulnerable Parts Of The Pulse Valve, For Any Damage. If Any Damage Is Found, It Should Be Replaced In A Timely Manner. At The Same Time, Check Whether The Installation Of The Spray Pipe Is Firm And Whether The Spray Hole Is Blocked. If There Is Any Blockage, It Should Be Cleaned In A Timely Manner. Generally, The Dust Cleaning System Should Be Inspected And Maintained Every 6-12 Months.

Lubrication And Maintenance Of Mechanical Components: Regularly Lubricate And Maintain Mechanical Components Such As Fans, Motors, And Reducers Of Dust Collectors. According To The Equipment Manual, Regularly Add Or Replace Lubricating Oil. Generally, Check The Oil Quality And Quantity Of The Lubricating Oil Every 3-6 Months. If The Oil Quality Deteriorates Or The Oil Quantity Is Insufficient, It Should Be Replaced Or Replenished In A Timely Manner. At The Same Time, Check Whether The Connecting Bolts Of The Mechanical Components Are Loose. If They Are Loose, They Should Be Tightened In A Timely Manner To Ensure The Stable Operation Of The Equipment.

Cleaning The Ash Hopper And Ash Conveying System: Regularly Clean The Accumulated Ash In The Ash Hopper To Prevent Excessive Ash Accumulation From Affecting The Normal Operation Of The Dust Collector. Generally, The Inspection Door Of The Ash Hopper Should Be Opened Every 1-2 Weeks To Check The Accumulation Of Ash And Clean It Up In A Timely Manner. At The Same Time, Check The Operation Status Of The Ash Conveying System (such As Screw Conveyors, Scraper Conveyors, Etc.) To Ensure Smooth Ash Conveying Without Blockage, Leakage, Or Other Phenomena.

Special Situation Maintenance And Handling Of Sudden Failures: If The Dust Collector Experiences Sudden Failures, Such As Filter Bag Damage Causing Excessive Emissions, Pulse Valve Failure Causing Dust Cleaning Failure, Etc., The Machine Should Be Stopped Immediately For Inspection And Handling. Firstly, It Is Necessary To Determine The Specific Cause Of The Malfunction, And Then Take Corresponding Measures For Repair, Such As Replacing The Damaged Filter Bag, Repairing Or Replacing The Faulty Pulse Valve, Etc. After The Fault Handling Is Completed, A Trial Operation Should Be Carried Out To Ensure That The Equipment Returns To Normal Operation.

Dealing With Harsh Working Conditions: If The Dust Collector Operates Under Harsh Conditions Such As High Humidity, High Temperature, Or Containing Corrosive Gases, Corresponding Protective Measures Should Be Taken. For Example, For High Humidity Conditions, It Is Necessary To Strengthen The Insulation And Moisture-proof Measures Of The Equipment To Prevent Condensation From Causing The Filter Bag To Become Stuck; For High Temperature Conditions, It Is Necessary To Choose Filter Bags And Materials That Are Resistant To High Temperatures, And Ensure The Normal Operation Of The Refrigeration System; For Working Conditions Containing Corrosive Gases, Corrosion-resistant Filter Bags And Equipment Materials Should Be Selected, And The Corrosion Status Of The Equipment Should Be Regularly Inspected And Anti-corrosion Treatment Should Be Carried Out In A Timely Manner.
