The Cyclone Dust Collector Has The Characteristics Of Simple And Novel Structure, Moderate Resistance, Strong Load Adaptability, Stable Operation, Low Steel Consumption, Small Footprint, Convenient Management And Maintenance, And Low Cost.
The XNX Cyclone Dust Collector Can Be Used As A Single Unit Or In Combination With Multiple Cylinders, Connected By A Common Inlet And Outlet Main Pipe, To Meet The Treatment Of Any Flue Gas Volume. Each Individual Dust Collector Has Four Parts: Body, Volute, Core Tube, And A Sealed Dust Collection Device With Good Performance. According To Different Installation Positions, The XNX Cyclone Dust Collector Has Four Structures, Namely Left And Right Rotation According To The Direction Of The Dust Collector's Inlet. According To Different User Needs, There Are Two Types: A-type Ash Hopper And B-type Ash Box.
Cyclone Dust Collectors Are Mainly Used For Machine Burning Layer Combustion Of Hot Water Or Steam Boilers; The XNX Cyclone Dust Collector Is Also Suitable For Other Industrial Dust Removal Needs.
Construction Characteristics Of Cyclone Dust Collector:
1. Designed A Straight Through Side Chamber That Can Effectively Eliminate The Phenomenon Of Dust Rings And Is Not Easily Blocked.
2. Designed A Cone Structure That Is Close To A Straight Cylinder Shape, Eliminated The Formation Of The Lower Ash Ring, Avoided The Rebound Phenomenon Of Coarse Dust Particles In Local Wear, And Improved The Service Life And Dust Removal Efficiency.
3. A Device Has Been Designed To Effectively Prevent The Secondary Flying Of Dust In The Lower Part.
Working Principle Of XNX Cyclone Dust Collector:
When The Dusty Gas Flows Through The Contraction Shaped Inlet And Enters The Volute Of The Dust Collector Tangentially, It Rotates In A Spiral Shape From Top To Bottom. Under The Action Of Centrifugal Force, The Dust Particles Are Thrown Towards The Wall Of The Dust Collector And Rotate Down Along The Wall, Entering The Specially Structured Sealed Dust Collection Device; The Purified Gas Rotates In An Internal Spiral Shape From Bottom To Top And Is Discharged Through The Core Tube.
Instructions For Using Cyclone Dust Collector:
1. Before Running The Boiler, It Is Necessary To Check Whether The Sealing Of The Ash Collection Device (ash Box Or Ash Hopper) Is Good, And Then Operate It After Sealing. When The Boiler Is Running At Full Load, The Ash Discharge Interval Can Be Determined According To The Amount Of Dust Collected, Usually Every 8 Hours. Stop The Induced Draft Fan Before Opening The Ash Discharge Outlet During Ash Discharge; After Discharging The Ash, Cover The Ash Outlet Tightly And Then Start The Induced Draft Fan To Operate Normally.
2. When The Dust Collector Operates In Negative Pressure Suction Mode, It Is Required To Be Tight And Not Leak Air, Especially In The Dust Collection Device, To Avoid Air Leakage And Avoid Affecting The Dust Removal Efficiency.
3. The Connection Method Of Dust Collectors In The Dust Removal System Generally Adopts Negative Pressure Suction Type, Which Can Reduce The Wear Of Dust Particles On The Induced Draft Fan. If Design Requirements Or Other Reasons Are Met, Positive Pressure Extrusion Type Can Also Be Used.
4. For Boilers Used Intermittently In Cold Regions, Insulation Measures Should Be Taken For Bag Filters When Installed Outdoors. For Small Boilers With An Evaporation Capacity Of Less Than 1 Ton/hour And Equipped With A Preheating Water Tank, Attention Should Be Paid To Ensuring That The Exhaust Temperature Is Not Too Low To Prevent Dust Accumulation And Blockage In The Dust Collector Due To Condensation.
5. The Cyclone Dust Collector Is Coated With Wear-resistant (based On Actual Reports) Coating On The Inner Wall. It Is Important To Avoid Hitting The Dust Collector To Prevent The Coating Layer From Peeling Off.
