Main Application Scenarios Of Electric Tar Precipitator

Date:2025-06-06 Visit:28

Electrical Tar PrecipitatorIt Is A Device That Uses A High-voltage Electric Field To Charge Tar Droplets And Achieve Capture And Separation, Widely Used In Fields Such As Gas And Industrial Waste Gas Treatment. The Core Principle Is To Charge Tar Particles In The Gas Through A High-voltage Direct Current Electric Field, And Under The Action Of The Electric Field Force, They Move Towards The Precipitation Electrode And Are Captured, Which Has The Characteristics Of High Efficiency, Low Resistance, And Low Energy Consumption. The Following Are Its Main Application Scenarios, Classifications, And Operational Points:

1、 Main Application Scenarios

1. Coal Chemical Industry

Gas Purification: In The Production Process Of Coke Oven Gas, Water Gas, And Semi Water Gas, Tar Droplets (usually 500-3000mg/m ³) In The Gas Are Removed. The Tar Content Of The Purified Gas Can Be Reduced To Below 50mg/m ³, Meeting The Requirements Of Subsequent Sections (such As Synthetic Ammonia And Methanol Preparation) Or Civilian Gas.

Reduce Equipment Blockage: Avoid Tar Adhering To The Surfaces Of Pipelines, Valves, Heat Exchangers, And Other Equipment, Reduce Maintenance Costs, And Ensure Production Continuity.

2. Metallurgical Industry

Blast Furnace Gas Treatment: Capture Tar And Dust In Blast Furnace Gas, Purify The Gas And Reuse It As Fuel (such As Hot Blast Stove And Boiler Combustion), While Recovering Tar As A Chemical Raw Material.

Ferroalloy Furnace Exhaust Gas Treatment: Treat Tar Containing Exhaust Gas Generated During The Smelting Process Of Ferrosilicon, Manganese Iron, Etc., To Reduce Pollutant Emissions.

3. Carbon Industry

Baking Furnace Flue Gas Treatment: Capture The Tar Substances Evaporated During The Roasting Process Of Carbon Products, Reduce The Blackness Of The Flue Gas, And Achieve Standard Emissions (such As Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons ≤ 120mg/m ³).

4. Garbage Incineration And Biomass Gasification

Garbage Incineration Flue Gas: Treat The Flue Gas Containing Tar, Dioxins And Other Pollutants Generated By Garbage Incineration, Remove Tar Droplets Through An Electric Tar Catcher, And Cooperate With Subsequent Desulfurization, Denitrification, Activated Carbon Adsorption And Other Processes To Achieve Harmless Emissions.

Biomass Gasification Gas Purification: Purify The Gas Generated By Biomass Gasification Such As Straw And Sawdust, Remove Tar To Avoid Clogging Gas Pipelines Or Internal Combustion Engine Nozzles.

5. Chemical And Pharmaceutical Industries

Waste Gas Recovery: Capturing Tar Organic Compounds Generated During The Production Of Dyes, Pesticides, And Pharmaceuticals, Achieving Solvent Recovery (such As Benzene Derivatives And Phenols) And Waste Gas Purification, While Creating Economic Benefits.

Asphalt Smoke Control: In The Production Of Waterproof Materials And Road Asphalt, The Tar Containing Smoke From The Melting And Volatilization Of Asphalt Is Treated To Reduce Occupational Health Hazards (such As Carcinogens Like Benzo [a] Pyrene).
